Fountainbridge Canalside. Community Trust is celebrating World Mental Health Day 2022 with Mindfulness boat trips on the Lochrin Belle.
In our local community there are many other activities on offer that support good mental health. A few of these are mentioned below, please let us know if you provide, or know of any others.
The Canal Shed
The Canal Shed is a meeting place where you can learn skills, share skills, relax, make new friends, explore and help care for the historic Union Canal. All welcome (18+). Wednesdays 10.00-12noon Drennan Hall, Polwarth Parish Church 36-38 Polwarth Terrace, Edinburgh EH11 1LU
Join us for some of the activities. If you would like us to do something you are interested in, please let us know. Coffee and cake always available and we ask for £3 or a small donation if you are able.
