Thank you to all the local warm places who have offered their warm welcome to local residents. In March there are some new venues and times and some that have completed their winter programme of opening.
The All Aboard canal boat
is also now a warm and welcoming space, with dedicated trips taking place every Monday from 10:30am to 4pm. Come along for some time on the canal, hot food and drinks, a chat with friends, or simply to take in the views, all within a warm and cosy space. North Merchiston Club have changed their time to Wednesdays 4-7pm
Polwarth Church Warm Space
Along with our neighbouring churches, we are offering people struggling to heat their homes a warm space.
This will continue to open in the Small Hall on Fridays in March, but please note the revised time of 9.30am – 12.30pm. Please make this information known to anyone you believe would benefit.
Barclay Viewforth will stay open on Tuesdays 10-1pm as a Social Space now that they have finished their warm space provision.
St Michaels and All Angels has completed their winter programme now.
