We would like to welcome friends and members to our Annual General Meeting on Monday 9th October 2023, at 7pm.
The event will be held at Tollcross Community Centre (117 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG)
There is also the option to join the AGM business part of the meeting online. The details for joining online can be found at the bottom of this post.

The meeting will first consider usual AGM business – Annual Report, Annual Accounts, Appointment of Directors – and there are no special resolutions this year.
If you’d like to confirm your attendance and/or receive an email reminder, please sign up on Eventbrite. (This is not necessary to attend – you can just turn up on the day).
Documents for the meeting can be viewed or downloaded using the links below, and paper copies will be available on the night (or contact us if you would like paper copies in advance).
Following the formal AGM business we look forward to some activities led by Keep Scotland Beautiful, that link into our current Heritage and Climate consultation, as we look to initiate more projects on these themes in the coming year. You can find out about the types of heritage training KSB can offer and share how you would rank project ideas for local climate interventions, as well as taking part hands-on, making a heritage item of your own. (These activities are available in person only, not online).

If you are unable to attend, and would like to give your vote by proxy to either another FCCT Member or the Chairperson, please inform us in writing or by email at least 48hrs in advance of the meeting.
