The event features a talk about mushroom growing by Rhyze Mushrooms followed by an inoculation workshop and taking some mushrooms home to grow.

The North Merchiston Club, first established in 1921, exists to serve local people and families, groups and communities living within Edinburgh. We operate from our community centre at Watson Crescent.  We help improve physical health and mental well-being within our local communities through active participation in sports and recreational activities.   www.northmerchiston.co.uk

Fountainbridge Canalside Community Trust www.fcct.scot are a member led organisation making our local area a better place to live, work, do business and visit.  The Canalside Greenspace Group is one of our weekly projects, helping to explore and improve our local public greenspaces.
